I was introduced to Joy many years ago as my best friend’s entire family had her do all of their real estate dealings. When I returned home to Florida after being in another state for many years, I was in need of a Real Estate Agent to help me purchase a home for my family with many specific needs as my children were school aged. I initially had not recalled Joy and had been working with another agent. We were staying with my parents, which can be tough. The market was difficult as many homes at the time, this was around 2009, were all short sales and foreclosures. Several months later I spoke to my best friend about how disheartened I was and she reminded me of Joy. I called her up, explained my situation and she was on it! She stayed in contact with me daily, explained everything, honestly and clearly and within a few months had me and my family in the perfect home. She walked us through everything and was kind and patient with us, as well as comforting when I stressed out. Her competence and many connections in the area with others in this field made everything go so smoothly. Little did I know that I would need her again just a few years later when I was divorcing. My children were grown and gone and I could no longer afford my dream home on my own, especially after just getting laid off from my job as well. It was a very difficult time. I feared that I would lose all of the equity in my home that I had built up for years! Once again Joy came to the rescue, battled the bank on my behalf, gave me such good advice, peace of mind and sold my home quickly and at a very good price! She worked so hard on my behalf. I am truly tearful when I write this. For these reasons, she has become a trusted, treasured and beloved friend. This is the kind of person I would want working for me. Thank you, Joy!
